Referral Bonus Program

Terms and Conditions

Effective: (3/1/2026 – 12/31/2026)

Thank you for being a valued client of Boost Consulting LLC. We appreciate your business and are excited to introduce our referral bonus program. By participating in this program, you have the opportunity to earn a referral bonus for referring new clients to us. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1) Referral Bonus Program Overview

1.1 The referral bonus program is designed to reward our clients for referring new clients to Boost Consulting LLC.

1.2 The total referral bonus amount is $100 for referring a client who completes 5+ promotions, or $200 for referring a client who completes 10+ promotions. Whoever you referred must be in good standing with Boost Consulting LLC in order to qualify.

2 - Referral Bonus Payout

2.1 The payout will be made to you once a referred client successfully signs an agreement with Boost Consulting LLC, has completed a minimum of five sign-up promotions, and has successfully submitted their final payment as determined by Boost Consulting LLC.

2.2 All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be paid to you within 90 days of meeting the respective payout criteria.

2.3 Ex: You refer a friend to Boost and they complete 7 sign-up promotions. Boost would then pay you $100. If they do 5 more sign-up promotions a year later, Boost would then pay you another $100, as the total maximum referral bonus is $200 for 10+ promotions completed.

3 - Modification of Referral Bonus Program

3.1 Boost Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral bonus program at any time, without prior notice.

3.2 Any changes to the referral bonus program will be communicated via this webpage.

4 - Eligibility

4.1 Only individuals who have been past clients of Boost Consulting LLC are eligible for the referral bonus program.

4.2 The referred client must not be an existing or previous client of Boost Consulting LLC.

4.3 Promotions with a risk level of "strategic" do not count towards the referral bonus. Strategic risk represents situations where the expected value is negative for Boost, but the wagering activity may lead to custom offers or VIP programs being offered to the client later down the line.

4.4 Promotions with a risk level of "free" do not count towards the referral bonus. Ex: if there is a situation where a client makes $240 on a promotion and keeps the entire $240 for themselves, this does not count towards the referral bonus.

4.5 Employees or representatives of Boost Consulting LLC are not eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

4.6 Each referred client may only list one referrer.

5 - Maximum Referral Bonuses

5.1 You can receive a maximum of 20 referral bonuses, regardless of the number of successful referrals made.

5.2 Each referral bonus will be counted separately and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Referral bonuses will not be updated retroactively. Example: You referred a client a few months ago when the referral bonus was exactly $50. That referral bonus will not be adjusted based on the new terms and conditions.

5.3 The maximum referral bonus that you can received for any referred individual is $200.

6 - Communication and Tracking

6.1 To be eligible for the referral bonus, the newly referred client must explicitly identify you as the referrer at the time of their initial contact with Boost Consulting LLC. Please ensure that the referred client mentions your name when they communicate with us.

7 - General Terms

7.1 The referral bonus is non-transferable and may not be assigned or given to any other party.

7.2 Participation in the referral bonus program is voluntary and subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7.3 This referral bonus program is separate from any existing contracts or agreements you have with Boost Consulting LLC.
